5-Star experience on Labor Day no less. Clean, prompt and professional. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. We were in and out no more than an hour. Amazing considering there were 6 people in the lobby at 1p on a holiday. They even filled my prescriptions on site. We will continue to visit them if needed in the future.

We had a great experience at the Lansing Urgent Care! The staff was super friendly and the facility was very clean! We were in and out very fast! They also had my daughters antibiotic in stock so we didn't have to go to a pharmacy. We will definitely be back!

Friendly, helpful, professional, clean and open 24 hours! As an added bonus they were able to fill my Rx on-site, so there was no need to find a 24 hr. pharmacy. No complaints here.
