No. Walk ins are welcome at Lansing Urgent Care. You can also save your spot online before arriving for a more convenient check in experience. Certain employer services or specialized testing may require advance arrangements.

Urgent care is appropriate for illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention but are not life threatening. Call 911 or visit an emergency room for chest pain, severe breathing difficulty, stroke symptoms, uncontrolled bleeding, major trauma, or another potentially life threatening emergency.

Yes. Our providers care for patients of all ages, including infants, children, teens, adults, and seniors. The treatment or testing offered will depend on the patient’s age, symptoms, medical history, and individual needs.

Yes. Lansing Urgent Care offers diagnostic services that may include digital X rays, rapid illness testing, urine testing, pregnancy testing, EKGs, and other laboratory services. Available testing may vary by clinic and is ordered when medically appropriate. Urgent care centers commonly provide X rays and basic lab services for non emergency conditions.

Yes. When medically appropriate, a provider may prescribe medications to treat infections, inflammation, pain, allergic reactions, and other conditions. Antibiotics are only prescribed when the provider determines they are appropriate for a suspected or confirmed bacterial infection.

Yes. Services include school physicals, sports physicals, work physicals, DOT physicals, pre employment physicals, return to work evaluations, workers’ compensation care, drug screening, Breath Alcohol Testing, TB testing, employee health screenings, and other occupational health services.
