With more than 20 years at Lansing Urgent Care, Hillary has grown right alongside the organization. As Senior Executive Director of Marketing, Operations & Growth, she oversees the day-to-day operations of all locations while leading a powerhouse team of Directors and Managers. From fine-tuning front desk workflows to successfully launching multiple urgent care centers, she’s known for turning big goals into smooth, well-executed realities.
A Northwood University graduate with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in International Business, Hillary combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership. Her background in directing sales and marketing teams in the telecommunications industry laid the foundation for her strength in brand development, operational excellence, and team building — skills that continue to fuel Lansing Urgent Care’s growth.
Hillary is especially passionate about developing talent and building strong teams. She takes pride in mentoring emerging leaders and has cultivated an impressive group of homegrown leaders who have risen through the ranks at Lansing Urgent Care. Her commitment to growth extends beyond expanding locations — it’s about investing in people and creating opportunities for long-term success.
She’s also the creative force behind Lansing Urgent Care’s signature tongue-in-cheek marketing campaigns. Hillary understands that while medicine is serious, there’s always room for a little humanity — and even humor. From clever seasonal messaging to memorable campaigns (can anyone say “man flu”?), she has helped shape a brand voice that is approachable, relatable, and distinctly Lansing Urgent Care.
Hillary has taken the stage as a featured speaker at national urgent care conferences and has been a driving force behind the growth and development of Skin Boss Med Spa as Executive Director, an affiliate company of Lansing Urgent Care.
At the heart of it all, Hillary is passionate about building lasting relationships in the community, creating efficient systems, and helping Lansing Urgent Care continue to raise the bar — one successful launch and one great patient experience at a time. Outside of work, she’s a proud sports mom who loves cheering her kids on at their games. Her husband coaches several of their teams, and she can often be found on the sidelines cheering them on just as enthusiastically. Deeply passionate about the Lansing community, Hillary loves supporting local events, organizations, and initiatives that help the community thrive.
